Privacy Policy
Last updated 22 August 2026This policy explains what we collect when you join the Winslow Talent network, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you get it deleted. We wrote it to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Who we are
Winslow Talent LLC (“Winslow Talent”, “we”, “us”) is a staffing and placement company. We match candidates with remote customer support and social media roles at companies in our network. We are not the employer for those roles.
You can reach us at [email protected] or (218) 579-5753.
What we collect
When you register, we ask you for:
- Your first name
- Your email address
- Your mobile phone number
- The state you live in
- The kind of role you want, your experience level, your availability, and whether you prefer W-2 or 1099
Your browser also sends us, automatically:
- The page you registered from and the site that referred you
- Campaign parameters from the ad you clicked, if you arrived from an ad
- The country your connection resolves to
We do not ask for, and you should never give us, a Social Security number, a bank account, a card number, or a copy of an ID at the registration stage. If anyone claiming to be from Winslow Talent asks you for those, or for money of any kind, it is not us. Tell us immediately at [email protected].
Why we collect it
- To match you to roles. Your role preference, experience, state and availability are what we compare against openings in our network.
- To contact you about those roles, by email, phone and SMS.
- To measure our advertising so we know which ads bring in candidates we can actually place.
Who we share it with
We share your profile with companies in our network that are hiring for the kind of role you selected, so they can consider you. That is the service.
We also use service providers who process data on our behalf — our hosting and database provider, our email provider, and our phone and messaging provider. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
When you check the consent box at registration, you agree that we and our hiring partners may contact you by phone, SMS and email about roles. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of being placed — you can withdraw it and still stay in the network.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration for as long as your profile is active in the network, and for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, so we can reach out when something fits. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time, and we will.
Your choices
- See what we hold. Ask and we will send you a copy.
- Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask and we will remove your profile from the network.
- Stop the texts. Reply STOP, or tell us.
Email [email protected] for any of these. We will not make you jump through hoops, and we will not charge you.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law — including in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Virginia. We honor those requests from everyone, wherever you live, rather than checking your state first.
Security
Your registration is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with access limited to the people who need it to do the matching. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
Children
This site and the roles we place are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell the people in our network by email rather than quietly editing the page.
