What Winslow Talent is
Winslow Talent LLC is a staffing and placement company. We introduce candidates to companies in our network that are hiring for remote customer support and social media roles.
We are not the employer. If you are hired, your employment relationship — your pay, your schedule, your benefits, your equipment, and your start and end date — is with the hiring company or its employer of record, not with us. We make the introduction and support you through the process.
We never charge candidates
Registering is free. Being matched is free. Being placed is free. We are paid by the hiring company. We will never ask you for money, for a payment method, for a deposit, or for a fee for training or equipment. If someone claiming to be from Winslow Talent asks you for any of those, it is not us — report it to [email protected].
About the pay figures on this site
The hourly ranges shown on our site describe what companies in our network post for these roles. They are market information, presented in tiers with the experience each tier requires.
They are not an offer of employment, not a quoted salary for any specific position, and not a promise of any rate or of placement. What you are actually paid is set by the hiring company and depends on the role, your experience and your location. We do not guarantee that you will be matched, interviewed or hired.
What we ask of you
- Be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Give us accurate information. If your experience or availability changes, tell us.
- Register for yourself. Do not submit someone else’s details.
- Do not use automated tools to submit registrations, scrape the site, or interfere with it.
We may decline or remove a registration that appears false, duplicated or automated.
Contact by phone, SMS and email
By checking the consent box at registration, you agree that we and our hiring partners may contact you by phone, SMS and email about roles. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of placement.

We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
